November Envelopes are available on the tables in the Church porches and in the Parish Centre. You can use your envelope to return a list of your beloved dead to be remembered during the Parish November Masses for the Holy Souls, and for the customary November Offering for the support of the priests of the Pastoral area – we thank you for your generosity.

All your list of your loved ones will be put into a basket and will be on the altar for all Masses during November.

Notice in the interest of health & safety, the main church door will be locked full time due to weather conditions until further notice. Side doors open as usual all day. We would like to welcome back our teams of Alterservers and wish them luck in their new role. We want to thank them, their parents and teachers for their co-operation.

Confirmation – a Journey with your Child: The Diocese of Kerry will host a Confirmation webinar on Wednesday Nov 23rd for all parents and guardians of 5th and 6th class children. The guest speaker is Kate Liffey, parent, teacher and chaplain, based in Birr, Co. Offaly. Register for the webinar on www.dioceseofkerry.ie

Communal First Saturday: The Communal  First Saturday devotions will be held on the  3rd December commencing at 8.45 am in the Church of the Resurrection Killarney. Devotions will begin with the Fatima intentions and  prayers, followed by the Rosary at 9am. Mass  at 9.30 then 15 mins meditation on the mysteries of the  Rosary in accordance with Communal First Saturday. All will be done with the intention of making reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. On completion of the  Communal First Saturday  devotions and in accordance with  St Michaels  Society in praying for the Church there will be prayers for Priests, Bishops and the Purification and Sanctification of the Church.

O’Shea’s of Kerry: There will be a coach to Knock shrine on Wednesday 7th December for a night vigil to celebrate the Feast of Immaculate Conception. For more information contact O’Shea’s @ 066-7180123

Kilcummin Ladies Football club annual church gate collection will be held before mass in Kilcummin on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th November. All support appreciated.

Kilcummin GAA Lotto: There was no winner of the jackpot €3,750. Next draw is on Mon.21st November; jackpot €4,000. Tickets available online & from usual outlets.

Kilcummin Historical Group: We are collecting any information available on Kilcummin Bog, particularly on the roads creation & turf extraction during 1940s, as part of the “Emergency”.  We are seeking stories relating to Kilcummin with a view to participating in the Radio Kerry programme “Travels through the Kingdom” on Sunday nights @ 6pm.  Any queries please contact Mary 086-3555935.
